Wijdan Scents & Botanicals
Inspired by centuries of fragrance tradition. Oud, musk, amber, sandalwood, blackseed and frankincense — composed into scents built to last.
Our Heritage
A craft passed down, not manufactured.
In my own family, fragrance was never an afterthought — it was something passed from hand to hand, worn to Jumu'ah, gifted at weddings, kept close and personal. Wijdan Scents & Botanicals was built on that same tradition: a secret blend of lavender, vanilla, sandalwood, amber and other natural ingredients, measured the way my own elders measured them, not by machine but by memory.
Every bottle carries that family lineage forward — modern in presentation, personal in soul.

What We Use
Six materials, one thousand years of use.
Oud(Agarwood)
Resinous, smoky and deep — oud is the cornerstone of traditional attar-making, prized for centuries across the Sahel and the wider Islamic world as the mark of a serious fragrance.
Musk
Warm and skin-close, musk carries a fragrance long after other notes fade. In local tradition it is worn daily and associated with cleanliness and quiet presence.
Sandalwood
Creamy and calm, sandalwood grounds a composition the way a good foundation grounds a home — quietly, and without asking for attention.
Blackseed(Habbatul Barakah)
Known as the 'seed of blessing,' blackseed brings an earthy, herbal accord that roots a scent in something older than fashion.
Amber
A resinous warmth that reads as sunlight held in the skin — amber is what gives Wijdan's compositions their golden, radiant finish.
Frankincense(Lubban)
Sacred resin burned for centuries in homes and places of worship across the region — frankincense lends a smoky, citrus-tinged clarity to a blend.
The Botanicals
Raw materials, sold as they are.
Beyond our perfumes, we sell the same premium blackseed and sandalwood we use in our own blends — for burning, for wellness, for tradition.

Black Seed(Habbatus Sauda)
Premium blackseed, sold whole for traditional wellness use — the same seed of blessing behind Pure Barakah.

Sandalwood(Turaren Wuta)
Fragrant sandalwood chips for burning — fills a room with warm, creamy smoke, the same way it's been used in my own family for generations.
